• Train design & research team transitioning to remote due to Covid-19 on collaboration practices and tools for internal teamwork and for improved partnering with stakeholders; such as implementing remote-friendly participant agreements and How to facilitate remote working sessions presentation.

• Align direction with remote workshops and facilitated discussion for key functionality across multi-product suite with designers, engineers and product leadership.
